Email our dedicated customer care team within 30 days of your delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.
Provide Order Details
Include your order number and the specific reason for your return so we can help find a blend that better suits your taste.
Ship Remaining Product
For full refunds on opened boxes, we may request that you ship the remaining unused coffee pods back to our warehouse using a provided RMA number.
Receive Credit
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
