In the hills above Ciudad Bolívar are rows of carefully cultivated coffee cherries by a man known to the locals as the madman or the professor - or just Sammy to friends and family. Sammy’s coffee combines old world coffee production with a spark of new world innovation in our staple reserve coffee - Mad Professor. Each cup bursts forth with dark chocolate, nectarine, and plum notes with hints blueberry and salted caramel.
